Planet Serving Made Easy

CogPlanet? is a TurboGears? application and library that provides planet aggregation and display. CogPlanet? exists because the author wanted an easy way to integrate a collection of syndication feeds into existing TurboGears? applications. It aims to be

• Easy to install
• Easy to configure
• A robust standalone planet server
• Embeddable into other TurboGears? applications

CogPlanet? is a learning exercise, and as such, it is released under the MIT license so that others may learn and benefit. CogPlanet? was written with the future direction of TurboGears? in mind. It makes use of the SQLAlchemy and Genshi support build into TurboGears?. As a matter of fact, CogPlanet? was started to satisfy the author's need to learn SQLAlchemy and Genshi.
